Prior to establishing the firm, Atty. Ann was an associate at the Cebu branch of Angara Abello Concepcion Regala & Cruz Law Offices (ACCRALAW), where she was exposed to general legal practice, with focus on immigration, labor, intellectual property, and corporate work. 

She has represented clients before local government offices, administrative bodies, and quasi-judicial tribunals, involving permit applications, labor issues, and environmental law concerns. 
 
Atty. Ann obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law under its Corporate and Business Law Track, where she authored a thesis entitled "Revisiting Abbot Laboratories v. Alcaraz: Establishing a Uniform Guideline of Reasonable Standard for Regularization of Probationary Employees." She also holds a degree in B.S. Management, major in Legal Management, minor in International Studies, from the same university. 

During her time at the University, Atty. Ann interned for several top law firms in the country, where she was exposed to various legal fields, particularly corporate law. 

Atty. Ann is a member of the Cebu City Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
