THE FIRM
Co Divinagracia Ibañez Tidoso Law Offices (CDITLAW) is a full service law firm co-founded by four young and dynamic lawyers from various specialized fields. Atty. Tidoso is a certified public accountant and specializes in litigation, tax, labor, and corporate law; Atty. Co specializes in immigration, labor, corporate, and intellectual property law; while Attys. Divinagracia and Ibañez specialize in civil and criminal litigation, labor, and property law.
Prior to establishing the Firm, Attys. Tidoso, Co, and Ibañez gained experience from working as associates at the Cebu branch of Angara Abello Concepcion Regala & Cruz Law Offices (ACCRALAW), and Atty. Divinagracia as an associate at Gonzales Tan Gatchalian & Associates.
Established in February 2020, the Firm brings not only fresh and innovative perspectives on the law, but also the commitment to giving personalized services that fit specific client needs. The Firm is based in Cebu City, and specializes in a broad range of legal areas, including litigation, labor, property, taxation, and corporate law. It has seven lawyers presently with four partners and three associates.
