Prior to joining the firm, Atty. Divinagracia was an associate at Gonzalez Tan & Gatchalian Law Offices. He has represented clients involved in civil, criminal, and labor cases, and has appeared before different quasi-judicial bodies and regular courts.
 
He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Carlos, authoring a post-graduate thesis entitled “Qualified Indivisibility: The relationship between the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) and the International Covenant of Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights (ICESCR) from the Perspective of James Nickel’s Supporting Relations Theory.”
 
During his time at the University, Atty. Divinagracia was a member of the USC Bar Operations. He was also a legal intern at Yu and Associates Law Firm and the Center for Legal Aid Work (CLAW).
 
Atty. Divinagracia has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of San Carlos, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Along with three others, he also authored and won the best undergraduate quantitative research thesis entitled, “What we do is who we are: A study on Passion and Well-being.”
 
Atty. Divinagracia is a member of the Cebu City Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
