Prior to joining the firm, Atty. Sarah worked as a legal intern at the National Labor Relations Commission Regional Adjudication Branch X in Cagayan De Oro, where she gained valuable and practical experience in labor practice. Since joining the firm, she has continued to broaden her practice in various areas, including labor, property, corporate, and tax. 

She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Carlos while working as a part-time Senior High School Instructor at the Philippine Christian Gospel School (PCGS). She also served as Vice-Chairman of the Bar Operations while she was a law student.
 
Atty. Sarah is also a Certified Public Accountant, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of San Carlos, where she graduated cum laude. She also previously worked as an accounting intern at BLB Accounting Services and Philpacific Insurance Brokers & Managers, Inc. 

Atty. Sarah is a member of the Cebu City Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, and is still teaching at PCGS.
