ATTY. EMILY GRACE R. ACHAY, CPA
Prior to joining the firm, Atty. Emily was an associate at Cokaliong Menchavez & Partners Law Offices, where she was exposed to general legal practice with focus on special corporate projects, litigation, labor, and intellectual property law. She has represented clients before regular courts, administrative and quasi-judicial agencies.
She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Carlos while working as a volunteer for the Humanitarian Legal Assistance Foundation (HLAF). She is also a Certified Public Accountant, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the Silliman University, where she excelled academically, earning consistent Class Honors and recognition as Outstanding Student of the Year on a university scholarship.
Prior to being a lawyer, Atty. Emily worked as a Supervision and Examination Specialist at the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and served as a College Instructor and Program Head of the Accountancy Department at Saint Mary’s College.
Atty. Emily is a member of the Cebu City Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
